Aerosol Service

Aerosol (Spray) filling under the customers own brands is one of the main elements of Aerosol Service offer. Although the company is constantly investing in development of new services, it still remains the leader in aerosol filling services on the Polish market. This position has been earned with many years of experience and innovative solutions, thanks to which the company can constantly provide the best quality of its services and products, as well as competitive prices.

Aerosol service is also characterized by its flexible approach towards the non-standard customers requests. The company can create a new product from start to finish, but other options such as usage of the customers fragrance recipe, customers own product technologies as well as other configurations, are also available.

Production lines owned by the company are based on modern machines produced by a Swiss company Pamasol and Soyez and are constructed according to the newest European standards of production quality and security. Aerosol Service production capacity reaches 60 million pieces per year.

To it’s customers: supermarket nets, cosmetic wholesalers and many companies from cosmetic, chemical, car chemistry and construction industries, Aerosol Service offers its experience with products such as:

personal cosmetics: deodorants and antiperspirants, lacquers, foams and hair glitters, perfumes, shaving foams, foot care cosmetics;
industrial chemistry: furniture care and cleaners, air fresheners, “mini spray” air fresheners, glass and mirror cleaning foams, toilet fresheners, insecticides (ticks, mosquitos, wasps, cockroaches), shoe care and conservation, lighter gas refills, antistatic sprays;
car cosmetics: cockpit sprays, windshield and lock defrosters, upholstery washers, leather upholstery cleaners;
pharmaceuticals: inhalers, burn sprays, disinfecting and cleaning sprays;
industrial: lubricating and conserving water displacing liquids, universal grease, copper grease, penetrating solutions, brake cleaners, chain grease (various purpose), air conditioning cleaners;
computer and electronics: LCD screen cleaning foams, compressed air sprays;
sports: oxygen rebreathers, skin freeze anesthetic sprays;
others: “sparkling” lacquers, coloring foams.

The company’s laboratory has the knowledge and capabilities, which allow it to implement even the most innovative customers ideas. Therefore the company’s offer is constantly updated with new products.

Aerosol Service quality control department is organized according to ISO 9001 standards. This allows complex quality control of the whole production process, starting from the raw materials and finishing on the final product. The company is inspected every year by the European certification agency.
